Privacy policy and terms and conditions

Effective date: 10 June 2026

Privacy policy

Aspegio Ltd ("we", "us" or "our"), trading as School of Simulation, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This policy sets out what we collect, how we use it and how we protect it when you interact with our website or services.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following personal information:

  • Names: for identification and personalisation.
  • Email addresses: for communication, marketing and transactional purposes.
  • Usage data: aggregate analytics about how visitors use this website, collected only as described in the analytics and cookies section below.

2. How we use your information

Your information is used for two purposes:

  • Marketing and promotional emails: to tell you about our digital products, services and updates.
  • Transactional communications: to provide purchase confirmations, receipts and customer support.

3. Marketing communications and opt-out

  • By providing your email address, you consent to receive marketing communications from us.
  • You may opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send you, or by contacting us at [email protected].

4. Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-BVRZP1092W) to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use this website. It runs under Google Consent Mode v2 with all storage denied by default: until you give consent, the tag sends cookieless pings only and stores nothing on your device.

On your first visit a consent banner offers two choices: accept analytics, or continue with essential-only. Your choice is stored in your browser's localStorage so the banner does not reappear. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings, after which the banner will be shown again.

5. Embedded services and payments

Some pages include services provided by third parties:

  • MailerLite: we use embedded MailerLite forms for email signups. The information you enter is submitted to MailerLite only when you choose to submit the form.
  • Vimeo: video embeds run in do-not-track mode, so the player does not set tracking cookies.
  • Deadline Funnel: promotional funnel pages use Deadline Funnel to operate time-limited offers. On those pages it may set cookies or similar identifiers so that a deadline remains consistent across your visits.
  • Teachable: course checkout and payments are handled by Teachable. Payment details are submitted directly to Teachable; we never see or store your card information.

6. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties. We may, however, share your information:

  • with trusted third-party service providers who help us deliver our services (e.g. email marketing platforms);
  • to comply with legal obligations or protect our rights.

7. Data security

We take appropriate measures to secure your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure, however.

8. Retention of information

We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this policy, or as required by law.

9. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you;
  • request corrections to your personal information;
  • request deletion of your personal information.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].

10. Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
